    It is a good sign that it blows sometime. Try changing the fuse; sometimes one will look good, but have a tiny crack that just contacts some of the time. Next check all the wiring you can get to; I had a blower wire burn off one time because they pull a lot of amps on high. Next check the blower switch if you can. If none of this fixes it you probably need an auto-electric tech to fix it.
