well its scorching hot right now where I live. 40 degrees celsius. I like both. It really depends on my mood.
-
well not because I'm quote "emo" or anything of the sort, but I would actually prefer an overcast/rainy cool day. it's absolutley relaxing, and it's wonderful for thinking (which I happen to do a lot of...)
-
I rather have it be really hot....I hate the rain makes me gloomy, so I'd have to choose the scorching hot bright day so I can stay inside with the air conditioning on full blast!
-
I live on the Northeast Coast, and I love the cold weather and snow. I prefer a gray rainy day because I hate the heat..
-
Sun gives me migraines so id prefer the rainy cold day, plus i love wrapping up warm and feeling all cosy.
-
Prefer cold to hot and hot bright day to gray rainy day.
-
Having lived in Arizona for 32 years, I can say hot weather SUCKS!!! You can only strip down so far, and you are still miserable. I now live on the coast, and while it isn't really cold, it is pretty wet and grey. I love it. When it gets wet and rainy, I grab my favorite warm clothing, and a rain jacket and enjoy! You can always bundle up or snuggle with your favorite person on the cool, grey days. When was the last time you wanted to get close to someone while your sweating in 100+ degree heat?
-
If I had to choose, I'd have to say I prefer hot weather. Rainy weather makes my hair frizz like crazy, and bitter cold is just plain painful to me.
-
i'm from northern ny,48 years old. i just moved back from savannah ga after 14 years. i gotta say i love the cold! savannah is nice, it just gets too damn hot for me. i can put on more clothes to warm up, but can only take so much off to cool down!
-
Scorching. I moved all the way from Chicago to Seattle, not to have to wade through snow again.
-
I prefer cold weather over hot, because i can escape the cold, i can't escape the hot as well, cause we don't have AC. i prefer a grey rainy day over a scorching hot bright day, because of the same reasons that i listed before. :-)
-
Its bloody freezing where I am right now, give me the hot sun any day.
-
I am entirely for heat. I am always cold here in Oregon, but always loved the heat in Alabama. I hate the humidity. What I love the most, is the warm summer nights, when it is raining. It is not cold at all, but you have the relaxing sound of the rain on the roof. I love that!!
-
I prefer the cold, i guess it's a nice, refreshing change from miami heat (not the team), however i like real hot showers and hot jacuzzis. oh and why does it have to be grey and raining if it's cold? why not just a nice, crisp, cold day on a mountain in Montana or Quebec?
-
Greyskies

I have lived in NC for most of my life and I have just survived my first winter in PA. I have never seen so much snow in all my life! I know everyone says you can put more clothes on, but honestly- when you get chilled to the bone, so cold you hurt, extra clothes don't help a whole lot. I miss 85-90 degree weather. It is April and it snowed here this morning! It didn't stick, it was just flurries- but still!!!
-
I'd take the grey rainy day anyday.
-
Come to Mississippi between March and November and you will beg for cold weather. Our summers are hot and extremely humid. I cant even walk out to the mailbox without breaking a sweat. It sucks pretty bad.....went to Minneapolis and Los Angeles on two separate summers and the temperature in those two places were great! People there complain about 80 degrees being hot but there is very little humidity.....They havent been to the deep south. Retire to Florida? Hahahahaaa NO! I say retire to Alaska!
-
I love cool weather, I love rain. I'm heat sensitive and pale-skinned. If it's hot and sunny, I am nauseatious and I have migranes. I get sunburned with huge blisters frequently. Even with frequent application of 45-60+ spf sunblock. I wish I could just hide in a dark corner all summer lol! NC summers are too hot, winters are perfect. I've worn shorts in 35degree weather!
-
Cold. I can always put more on then I can take off.
-
i prefer hot and windy but not hot as hell....he he
-
Hot, for me! Can't stand the cold, gotta get outa the freezer.
-
Hot.
-
I would prefer cold please.
-
How about in between? If I had to pick one of the two tho. I guess it would be really cold for I would not want nothing to do with hell.............M.C.S.
-
Really cold doesn't seem as extreme as hot as hell, so I will go with really cold
-
Cold...it is so much nicer to snuggle when its cold.
-
cold any day of the week. Nothing better than hearing the sound of rain hitting the top of my back porch while sitting on the swing. Hot weather makes me feel drained. Since I live in the south it makes it complicated. The winter, spring, and fall are gorgeous, but the summers are hot and humid.
-
I perfer hot but not scorching hot!
-
What, spring and fall don't exist? I like fall.
-
Summer Summer SUMMER TIIIMMEE!!!
-
OK !!! thats +4 for HOT ! HOT !HOT ! =)
-
Winter, but Fall is my favorite.
-
Give me summer, please.
-
Fall is my favorite season, and to answer your question I prefer winter over summer. :)
-
I actually prefer the Spring time the most, (not to be difficult)
-
Winter! It's hot cocoa and snuggle season!!
-
Summer and spring. I could live without cold or snow.
-
I prefer the summertime.
-
Autumn and Spring for me!
-
I am a above 70 degree person....I hate bein cold!!
-
I am a year round person.
-
I definitely prefer colder weather over hotter.
-
Where the #$@% are you. We had our first snow of the season today!
-
40C is just too hot. Luckily in Auckland, we hardly ever hit those temps. I prefer colder weather ~ but again, we dont have extreme temps, so "cold" for me is about 5C .. not snow weather - although I wouldnt mind a day or two of snow, so I could build a snowman!
-
I dont like extremes either way. But I prefer warm and comfortable tempatures.
-
... cold is my preference ... I can function very well at -40°C, but not very well at +40°C.
-
I like cold better. I get hot really easy.
-
hot please
-
Since I have moved to an area that has lots of both, I can safely say that I prefer the heat to the cold, but I have to qualify that - with air conditioning only. The furnace just doesn't do the same job of keeping me comfortable. If I had no such modern conveniences, I would prefer the cold, since it's easier to bundle up.
-
We have those kind of days in the summer too. I prefer cold weather. You can always put more cloths on. There is only so much you can take off. At least without getting into trouble. :)
-
I definitely prefer the cold weather. I do not deal well with hot weather at all. I am very thankful to have central air in the hot months of summer. I also like my central heat for winter. We had snow here today and it was so beautiful! I love it! It is 27 degrees here now at 11:30pm.
