  • I assume asking him to leave has met a dead end. If so, you are going to have to seek a Writ of Eviction from your local Sheriffs Dept. Once served on your son, he will have 30 days to vacate your home. Its tougher and tougher to get some people out of the nest. they are either lazy or they plan on sponging off their parents, forever. You have a tough call here, but you do have a solution.
  • mmmhhh.... how about "GET OUT!"
  • Help him find a place of his own. Make him take classes on independent living in some adult education center or any educational facility that offers a class like that. (Or teach him yourself.) Help him move in to that place, and maybe pay his rent for the first few months (but if he has a job and can support himself this way, all the better; he can start being self-sufficient right away!)
