Considering they are both hero's and good guys. im guessing/hopeing spider man wont play dirty and use criptonite....and if he does it just says his a sore looser and cant handle a real clean fight cuz he'l loose. yep i recon he'll get his ass kicked for sure his web is nothing supreman will get to him befor he can shoot his web. Plus superman has heaps more strength and intop of that other powers on the side. come on his not even human where as spiderman is or was.

Both are stealthy, battle forged geniuses. Difference is that it's hard to use those nifty gadgets when your utility belt is webbed up. It's also very difficult to hit someone who can leap 20 feet or more, is extremely agile and has a sixth-sense that warns them of danger. And body armor isn't all that helpful against someone who can lift an object ten times his own body weight. Advantage: Spider-Man.

Batman. For anyone who has seen the 2 part episode of justice league( I think that is what it was on) called "Tabula Rasa", this should be obvious. Batman reveals that he keeps a fragment of kryptonite in his utility belt " Just in case". Batman may not have super pwers, he may not be anything more than a man with training and a desire to make a difference, but he is still one of the most formidable superheroes in the comic world!

Spiderman isn't the strongest willed person. I think Batman would size him up and neutralize the spider enhancements. Mostly I think Batman and Spidey wouldn't have much reason to be opposed.

The only way that Spider-Man can whip Superman is if he had some kryptonite. Spider-man is smart enough to figure out his weakness! And Spider-Man can sense Superman as well. But other than that Superman is more powerful.

Short of kryptonite, superman wins with ease. Example: Superman picks up Spiderman and flies to the desert... Spiderman is useless and dies quickly. Side note: Superman's laser vision beats Spiderman's web slinging every time.

Well it's obviously got to be Superman. I mean Spiderman has some slight superhuman strength (or you could just say he is a very strong human) but Superman is the man of steel and Spiderman wouldn't be able to touch him. Also, Superman can fly whereas Spiderman has to rely on his trusty (not) webs to get about the place. Furthermore, Superman would use his eye beam to own Spiderman! POW! With that said, I do however prefer Spiderman to Superman. XD
