My ex-wife infroms me that our 14 yr old daughter is not mine. I have custody but could I claim child support from the biological dad?

The biological father is alawys responsible for the support of a child. You must have a dna test done and go through the courts to have relief given. You must also understand that he may request visitation rights to the child and then that could be a bunch of bees. He doesn't have to pay child support to see his child even if it is court mandated. mr Bill
