You buy a new and stronger heart that's ready to take anything.
-
They will heal, and you'll always remember them, just don't let those scars make you bitter.
-
Come to terms with the fact that they are a part of me and build a rich, full life that directs my attention away from them and outward onto others.
-

Pretend they are not there, like everybody else.

toss out your heart... a new one will eventualy grow, took me 3 years before a new one sprouted, then again it took 3 years before that to throw it out and I was probably helped by taking Dexedrine.

When I was in art and would often use a medium that was hard to erase like ink or charcoal, I would make a mistake and my art instructor would say. "So? Just because it isnt looking the way you want it to, doesnt mean it doesnt look the way it should" And then she would find some insane way to make it blend into the picture, making it unique... The same thing has happened with your heart. That scar is there, an obvious mistake that can still pain you once you remind yourself of it, but its a part of you now, and you can either blend it into who you are, or let it stand out like a sore thumb. Loving isnt easy. The pain that can come from making yourself vulnerable to someone can honestly kill whats inside of you and make you want to go mad. But its the good times...the late nights...the giggling and the smiling that comes from LOVING someone that makes the entire ordeal worth it. Best of luck, Zack.

Rip your heart out of your chest and gnaw them off like a man!
-
apply sex where needed
-
I frame them and hang them on the hall of my memory to remind me why are they there for and help me not to make the same mistakes ( to save me from heart ache later ).
-
perform open heart surgery put spackle and tape over the cracks... sand to make flush... and try to act like it never happened..
-
Have the surgeon remove the scar tissue so you can move on. :)
-

Scars DON'T heal. They are the permenant reminder of why you are you. Where you've been, what has happened, and MOST important what you have learned!!!!! Don't hate the scars, be thankful they weren't fatal, they can be your best friend. They tell you ......."OH NO" NOT this time!!!!!!!! So smile, and live, laugh, and love............:):)
-
Those scars are a part of you now, won during battle, wear them with pride, they make you what you are and someday someone will love you because of them not despite them.
-
It seems to me that you wont let your self get over it... Delete numbers, trash pictures... do somthing to stay busy... make your self get over it
-
Wait for someone to come along, and fill in the cracks.
