  • Granted, it's been quite some time since I had anything to do with a HOA, but the last time I had anything to do with a HOA, there were property owners who were members of that association. Check the by-laws for this provision: Are (Sale) signs permitted to be displayed on trees, rocks and in windows of the properties being offered for sale?
