  • The ones that are all the up at the top. Usually the top teir or the balcony. There isn't one cut for every venue. "Nosebleed" refers to the fact that you are so high up, the air is thinner and you could get a nose bleed from it. So, the only applies in theaters and stadiums that have raised, arena or stadium seating. It does not apply to open feilds etc.
  • THe really high up seats, called nosebleed because sometimes at high altitude people would get nosebleeds up there. Of course concert seats aren't really high altitude but you feel that way when the act you came to see looks like some ant. LOL!
  • I know why cheap seats are refered to as the nosebleed section but what I am asking is - when were the cheap seats first refered to as nosebleed seats?
