It's * support * PREGNANT and * allowed and, yes. If it is court-ordered child support, you still have to pay. Also, unless Mom was refereeing the action at the time, I doubt she "allowed" the pregnancy to occur.

yeah

Your daughter being pregnant does not absolve your responsibility as a parent, nor should you want or expect it to. I seriously doubt your ex "allowed" her to become pregnant.

your ex did not allow your daughter to become pregnant.she is probably more upset about the pregnency then child support.who do you think is going to be there for this baby. Not you I'm sure.more concerned about the support then your daughter.I've seen it before over and over again. mollie

Yes. It doesn't really matter where she got pregnant.

It has nothing to do with what your daughter or in most cases ex does or doesn't do. You are responsible for child support for your daughter. That is true because you are the father. The rest is not relevant with respect to your responsibility to pay.

Yes the support that the courts awarded her has nothing to do with your child having a baby. How did she ALLOW her to have a baby? Even if she knew she was having sex it is not something your child's mother can stop. She can't lock her up in the basement or anything.
