  • its only ever hard if you let it be. eat less to shrink your tummy (but not too less) exercise more (but not too unhealthily) see a nutritionist to find what foods are more likely to fasten your metabolism
  • The metabolism starts crawling.. you are less active.. not less active as in the busy, every day motions of life.. I am sure that can be just as hectic, if not moreso but there is less room for repetitive exercising. A lot of women are raising families with the stressful job of keeping the household going, some while working and there is just little time left for themselves. Genetics and health issues cause the majority of weight issues in women 40+
