Ovaries have nothing to do with orgasm. The part of your body that helps with those is called the clitoris and it is located on the outside of your body.

You should be fine when you get over the surgery.

I had a hysterectomy several years ago. My experience is that sexually, you have nothing to worry about:)

I had an ovary and fallopian tube removed when I was 14, I am currently 22, due to a large ovarian cyst. I have never had an orgasm, but I don't know if that is a result from the surgery or not. I wasn't sexually active at 14, so I can't compare it to when I had both ovaries.

It shouldn't affect it at all. I had one ovary, my uterus and my cervix removed in my mid 30's. If anything, my sex drive and responsiveness increased.

Nope, it won't effect you at all :-)
