  • There's only one way to lose any weight, the is to use up more calories than you take in. He can either eat fewer calories, or exercise more, or both for faster results. You can help by finding some good low calorie recipes on the internet to share. You can also think of some calorie burning activities to do together. For some ideas on that, scroll down to the bottom of this page, click on "How to Articles" and type "burn calories" in the search box. There are several good articles there.
