I love milk! I used to drink whole cow's milk but now I drink 2%.

Rice, Almond, some soy, a little cow's milk from time to time. I'm lactose intolerant,so not too much of that. I think I'm a bit soy intolerant too, so I really cut down on that or I mix it with rice milk.

Mostly skim Cow however I do get Soy milk on a regular basis, especially since the kids like it! I also get it in my lattes frequently.

Cow, fat free only. Occasionally I'll have soy when I get a chai latte. They just taste better with soy.

Cow, but only white or chocolate. I milked cows while I was pregnant and I discovered that a cow with mastitis has the same color milk as strawberry. And I can't bring myself to drink it anymore, my daughter loves it. Watching her drink it makes me gag.

Cow milk whole fat is the only way to go. I'll drink 2% if I have to but it taste like milk flavored water to me. Then again I grew up on a farm where we had fresh every morning.

I used to drink goat's milk when we had goats. Loved it, especially because it was raw milk and I knew what I was feeding the goats. Now, with BGH rearing it's ugly head, I try to find organic milk, but I hate the fact that it is ULTRA pasteurized and homogenized. I'm trying to look into the cow ownership/partnership program where I can legally buy raw milk again. We could get it in CA but not here in NY. I don't like soy products (again, too much hormone problems, even if these are natural) We use a lot of coconut milk but not for drinking. We cook with it and often use it to make our rice with instead of water. I also bake with rice milk or almond milk when baking for our family next door as they don't do dairy.

My wife uses something called Almond Breeze, I think it's almond milk. She mixes in a vanilla flavor protein powder to get some nourishment. It's nice! I'm not very much into milk.

I like them both. I think cows milk upsets my gut though!

Soy milk is not milk, it's soy. Same for soy burgers, soy fish sticks, soy whatever else... it's still just SOY. The only soy I like is soy sauce on my pork eggroll or chicken fried rice.
