It depends what state you are in. Of course child support. In most states you will be entitled to half the assets of the marriage, house, cars, etc. (Neither of you is allowed to sell anything before court.) If you've stayed home with your first two kids, you will probably be entitled to allimony. The common rule of thumb for that is if his income is double what yours is, then you get allimony. He might also be ordered to maintain health insurance for the kids until they are grown or you re-marry.
