I wouldn't say I hate them, exactly, but I'd never trust someone who hated animals, and I'd definitely steer clear of that person, no pun intended. Interesting question. I've never known anyone who hated animals. In fact, everyone I know is a big-time cat lover.

it depends what you mean by hate. Very few people like a neighbors dog yelping at 3 AM. I won't hate them since not everyone thinks animals are more important than humans.
