Is this hate speech against women?

I wrote this on X in responce to a JK Rollings post about an individual called Roxanne Tickle. It got take down with-in 3 minutes. "Unfortunately the Australian federal court dont know what a woman is. I dont understand why a court is even hearing a case about a tranny invading a ladys only website? I thought Australia was a free country,yes we all know what thought thought. "
