There are certain Answerbag users that mention their email address in their bio on their profile. Do you think that is risking it to mention a personal email address?
You just do not know who could send you spam emails from someone on here or possibly a threat email.

Do you have to be a registered user to view another user's profile here? Well, even at any rate, if hackers want your email, they can get it pretty easily. If they hit you with some spam, it's annoying, but not dangerous like someone getting your home addresse.

How does it matter? Its only an email address. Big deal if the inbox is full of spam its not hard to sort anymore.

To each his or her own if they want to display their email address in their profiles. What is beyond doubt, you are not only likely to receive more spam, but you are also opening up a greater possibility of phishing attacks, data breaches and identity theft.
