  • Dogs are very impressionable. My parents had a Staffie and it was just the sweetest dog. But they are prone to playing rough, seeing as how they are basically just a lump of muscles. If you have the proper time to train the dog to be gentle and sweet, then you probably won't have much trouble. But if you teach the dog to be mean, then it will become a killer.

      As opposed to feeding them vegetarian diets? As a vegetarian myself, I wouldn't ever put a carnivorous animal on such a diet, but, you might be onto something. For instance, if it's a chicken farm, you might want to avoid feeding the dog chicken so that it doesn't end up associating them smell of the animal with food.
