It was supposed to come to an end in the Fall of 2023 with us maintaining the extra daylight hour. Now it seems to be back up in the air. I'm hoping that it is resolved by November!!!

That would be left to the states, wouldn't it? Some states don't participate in daylight saving time to begin with.
