  • Can I assume the "dictator" you're referring to is Biden? If so, the impeachment process starts in the House of Representatives where the charges are made against the President. They vote on it and then it gets passed to the Senate to vote on. The Senate's role is sort of a "prosecution" of the charges. Once the Senate votes to impeach, then the President is officially impeached.
