  • Pork is bred to be very lean these days, so frying chops is not the best way to cook them. I recommend recipes that call for oven-braising in liquids that will keep the chops moist and tender.

  • i dont know anything about an electric skillet, but i fry most of my meats,i fry on high and brown both sides fast as ,then i turn heat right down and cook both sides turning few times cooking slowly..and my meats are never tough and never have blood in em!!!! i hate blood in my meats
