I am a bsc. Biochemistry third year student and I want to pursue MSc. Computer science. I want guidance and advice on how I can achieve that. And I also have basic knowledge in programming.

A bit of a pointless pursuit. But it's your money, time and career to waste. You will need to sit some extra modules for Comp sci, but will also need to prove you have what it takes to make the jump. Don't expect to get in ahead of Comp Sci undergrads though
