  • I'm not sure what a "DUI database" is or if such a thing exists, but drunk driving is a crime, and a felony in some states, and it will go on a criminal record. If employers, landlords or loan officers pull up your information, even if in another state from whence you received your DUI, they'll know about it.
  • It is called INTERPOL and yes all states have it....If you are convicted or cited in any state for DUI DWI or any offence for that matter, it is input into this database for everyone to see....just like your license info can be checked from any state....;)
