• Have you tried ironing it out? Typically, unless the crease has been there for a very long time, you can iron out the crease. Also, if you dry your jeans flat, not put them in the dryer, they will keep their shape better.
  • Always wash jeans inside-out. This will prevent long white streaks down the leg and improve evenness of the fading. Normally, the white streaks are accompanied by an unwanted crease, to which you appear to refer, and I suspect washing them inside out will prevent both problems. Washing the jeans again will probably remove the crease, but will not remove white streaks if you have them. However, over time these will fade as the indigo dye fades.
