  • You are going to have a hard time convincing the court that you had no knowledge. if you have a prior criminal record, this will further shade your creditability in court. Here is the worst part for you. your car. was it seized? If so and its paid for, you can kiss it goodbye. The court usually seizes all vehicles used to transport illegal drugs.
  • Yep. As the driver, you're responsible for everything that's in that car. And everyone in the car can be charged with possession.
  • I don’t know for sure. What I think would happen if you get pulled over and the passage has illegal control substance in his/her possession that person would take it out of their pocket and place it in your car. (REMEMBER you or the passage) So the passage would not go to jail, however, you, you will get an arrested since it’s your car and you are responsible for what’s in it. Wouldn’t it be easy just not be associated with a person you KNOWINGLY dealing with an illegal control substance? Just remember 1 Corinthians 15:33 Bad associations spoil useful habits.
  • i would hope not
