Peel and cook them and then freeze them for soups, tomato sauce, etc. during the winter when they become real expensive. Save some money!!!!!!

You can put a tomatoe in just anything you cook. If you can't use them all, dice them and freeze in small bags (along with the juice) and you can cook with them as needed.

As most have said - make sauce, salsa, etc and freeze. For immediate use - Buy some buffalo mozzerala cheese, baguette bread and basil leaves. Layer the bread with tomato, cheese and a basil leave - serve with balsamic vinegar. Slice tomatoes - brush on balsamic vinegar - grate parmesan cheese on top and bake 350 for 15 minutes.
