I make sure first, there wasn't "Mitagating Circumstances" I got nailed for 41 in a 25 mph zone years ago. Three days afterward I'm on the same road and then I noticed that there were NO signs denoting this. I went into court, pled "Not guilty" and then had to reappear at a court date later. I filmed both sides of the road, the judge smiled and threw out the ticket (Yeah, it would have been $20) Two weeks later, the signs went up and I drove by the cop and waved..He waved back!! :)

Depends on the circumstances. The ticket will go on your record and could be a factor of losing your drivers license. If I have the time, I go to school.
