Alone, people don't work as I do.
-
Working as a team. I'm just a social creature and I like being in charge and bossing around myself is no fun.
-
Working as a team. But as long as I am the team leader! :D
-
Alone. I'm a decent worker myself, but dealing with all the people who make up a team, having to talk to them, and tell them what to do, having to work together like that... It's a lot easier for me to just do the work by myself.
-
Team AS LONG as that team member participates!
-
I like working with people when i work so if something goes wrong they can blame everyone.
-
I believe that people thrive when they are part of a team. Each person has their strong points and weakness. SO, there for, if you have the right team leader, they should know who they can count on for what when a team project is assigned. Being a team player is a very helpful thing, it builds peoples characters and social awarness.
-
I like to work independently with only limited involvement with others.
-
Both. I enjoy working with people, getting different ideas, trying different way of doing things, but I also enjoy the solitude of working alone. It really depends on the job and/or the mood I am in.
-
If I'm working on a good team I find it immensely satisfying and productive and I enjoy the camaraderie. If I'm on a bad team I'd rather do all the work myself.
-
As part of a team, we all support and help each other :-)
-
It depends who is a part of the team with me. Usually on my own.
-
I like working on my own and working with other people.
-
i prefer to work on my own , because i get more done when iam alone , then i do when i am with other people.
-
Both. I like being part of a team with a common goal, but I like having responsibility for my own tasks. I'll do my bit on my own, which is part of the whole...team project, individual effort.
-
Oh, so solo. You know the saying "If you want something done right, then do it yourself" I find that to be true most of the time.
-
I think it depends on the type of the work.Sometimes its easy to work as a team & sometimes its easy to work on your own.But I like both.
-
Alone. Or at least where I get to set out how things are going to go. I can compromise, but when more than one person is leading or trying to lead nothing gets done and I can no longer work without getting frustrated.
-
i have always been working alone, because i'm really independent. i dislike working with others big time. it just doesn't work out with me. anytime i had been told to work with someone else in school, i always asked them if i could work alone and it worked.
-
Depends on the job. When its labor its nice to have help around. If its a report or presentation or design its nice to have complete control
-
i usualy like to work with my dad because hes my hero.
-
My own. I get a system going and I am stubborn and thick headed so someone telling me to do it this way goes in one ear and out the other.
-
With others, if they're nice people.
-
I do both sometimes the mental stimulus from others can be great others it is best to work alone.
-
With others. I need to be around people.
-
I prefer to work on my own. Unfortunately, I have to work with slackers, adults who are continually late for work, and a few trustees of modern chemistry. Naturally, I prefer professionals who know their job and do it well.
-
Work on my own.
-
Work on my own. I finish my tasks faster that way. No distractions.
-
Alone. But I understand the need for a team.
-
Both but alone is good!!!!
-
I actually prefer to work alone.
-
