I live in a multi-cultural neighbourhood where everybody is equally safe.
-
Yes. My neighbourhood is multi-racial anyway (including other races than black and white people) so there's no reason why they wouldn't fit in or be safe.
-
yep no worries at all, not only safe but welcome!
-
Nope...no one is safe where I am...LMBO!!! Just kidding. ` I do wonder, though, where were you all when I asked about diverse cities/places, etc??? LOL!!! Don't want me in your town, huh? I do leave a trail of damage everywhere I go, but...that's beside the point...LOL!
-
Of course. Where do you think we live, in a Philadelphia swim club?
-
No. Only human beings are safe in my neighborhood (I shoot squirrels). As long as we label people as "black", and people think of themselves as "black", "white", etc, things will not change.
-
I've never known those who live here to have any problems. I don't know the one family, but the other are at least nominal friends. I don't know them intimately yet, but I've taken the time to stop and chat whenever I see them and we are on friendly terms. She works nights and weekends and homeschools during the day, so I don't often see her and I don't know when she sleeps.

green people wouldnt be safe in MY neighborhood
-
ya they would, got quite a few.... now a ghetto black person would scare everyone, but a ghetto mexican, asian or anything would scare everyone as well, not the race, just the "ghetto" part.
-
no
-
I live in a predominantly military community, so it is quite diverse.
-
No, because with slum lords owning most of the houses where I live, no one is.
-
More save than me I live in a minority area.
-
probably, in my neighborhood, it was very, mostly, white, 15 years ago. That has changed. Not only am i, as a white man, close to being a minority in my town, but also, i am close to being in love with a black woman, who moved into my area years ago. please note i have been with my wife for over a decade.
-
Everyone is welcome in my neighborhood - and my house, for that matter. As long as they behave respectfully.
-
My area of town is statistically the most diverse, according to the census. So, yeah, they are safe, they live here, and they are as welcome as any other human beings. Now purple people might not feel so welcome. There isn't even a census category for them.
-
Yep. And, Chinese, and Hispanic and even Caucasian. Just a lower middle class neighborhood.
-
Yes. As long as they are not in my safe.
-
Certainly they would be safe. There could be some subtle racism that they might sense however.
-
We only have a few black famalies, and they seem safe as can be....Our neighborhood is very family and community oriented.
-
Um...why wouldn't they be?
-
Safe from crime and racism, yes, but not safe from being bored to death by all the politicians that live in our estate.
-
Yup
