If someone steals your sperm and gets pregnant do you have to pay child support? What are the chances you will lose in court, if the woman is attractive? if the woman is weird ugly? would it made a difference?

Yes, cause of conception is not a consideration in paying child support, as a Florida doctor learned in 2007. Though he lost his appeal on the child support, he won on the right to sue her, but that only works if she has anything to take. In her case it was as she was also a doctor. Though not under the same circumstance, but related to the idea that cause of conception is not a consideration, in a Michigan case, a woman who had been impregnated by a young boy was granted 14 years retroactive child support, upheld on appeal. She could be charged as the statute of limitations had run out on statutory rape.
