  • I am not sure you would need to but here are some rules about communion I found interesting http://www.catholic.com/library/Who_Can_Receive_Communion.asp
  • I believe you can. If I remember my old altar boy days correctly I took communion at each mass I served, sometimes 3 time a day. Also a priest receives communion at each mass so it should be the same for the congregation.
  • I don't think there is a need for it, but Jesus did say in Luke 22:19 'And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me, but only once a day and on the Sabbath you can do this twice."'
  • The answer is no, except in certain circumstances. 1) a Saturday morning "daily" mass and the the evening Vigil mass- YES. Why? Because the evening Vigil mass is really Sunday mass. 2) If one is a regular mass and one is a "special mass." i.e. Wedding, funeral et al. Can one take Eucharist at Saturday evening vigil and then Sunday morning mass? NO. There is a lot of confusion on this topic unfortunately.
  • i dont see why not
  • Not that I know - ask the priest!
