Take an antihistamine.

I dunno. Exhale through it quickly? ;-)

Sniff some eucalyptus oil. Works every time! :-)

Vicks Vapor Rub on your chest and a "smig" under your nose. Also hot humidifier will help loosen it. Antihistamines~I have found the ones that work the best are the ones that make you tired. So that stinks but it does work. +5

Mentholaltum,is what I like best. But don`t go out in the cold with it on.Hopefully it`s not cold there.Hope you get alot better soon...If that doesn`t help enough try a decongestant...If that doesn`t work might need a Doc,if it gets worse, make it`s not a flu,or something.Do you have seasonal allergies?Claritin is good for that...hope that helps.Take care.:)

I use Afrin when my nose is stuffed up. Works awesome and no drowsy side effect from antihistimines. You will forget you ever had a stuffy nose! lol

8-26-2017 Do you also have a rough complexion? Pimples? Vitamin A is related to all those symptoms. It stimulates mucous, which is what cleanses the body, so a deficiency leaves dead skin cells piling up, and a collection of filth in the nose. For quick relief, use a neti pot: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2/147-7803814-5185021?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=neti
