• You need frequent moisturising foot massages;-)
  • I wore a new pair of trainers yesterday and got a blister.. I wonder if it was half a size too big on that foot. Usually if I suspect I may get one I put a plaster on my heel before.
  • wear two pairs of light socks. This way the friction will cause the two socks to rub against each other instead of the friction rubbing against your foot. I used to do this when I roller skated. It works.
