I'm a bloke, so here goes. I used to do things like that about 10 years ago, but wouldn't do it with my now wife. I can look back and see it was a bit immature, but the reason I was doing it was because my ex at the time was absolutely beautiful, or at least that what I thought. Seems to me he thinks you're the most beautiful girl in the world, even if others don't thnk so. Maybe it's not very mature, maybe it is, but give the guy credit, in his mind he's dating a hottie and is proud to be seen with you. Take it as a compliment, I think that's what it's supposed to mean.

wow... your guy sounds like a great guy. He's being playful with the ass play... that's for sure. And kissing your hand means he adores you and is just being affectionate. People swear for different reasons but in this context he's just putting more expression behind the fact that he thinks you are very beautiful. Don't be offended by any one of those three things, but he is clearly into you!
