    Are you sure it's 277 and not 273? Syntex makes an oblong peach-colored pill marked 273; it's just Naproxen.

    Chuquilson....it is a capsule "shaped" tablet that is light yellow in color with Syntex on one side and the number 277 on the other. It is old and maybe no longer being made. The label on the prescription is not readable. It is some type of anti inflammatory I think...500mg

    I also did a search for this medication on drugs.com and had no luck finding out what it is. Maybe you could take it to a pharmacy and ask them. Good luck MC

    Its naproxin an anti-inflammable. Its used for joints arthritis etc. 600mgs I m not a Dr. :) just tryin to help
