I can't wait until all the God dishonoring, pagan based holidays are a thing of the past. People should not need a day set apart to think about God and his son, they should make it a 365 day affair.

I really hate when an individual judges another by what they 'think' they know, without even trying to interact and get to know the person behind the exterior. It's only made worse when these same individuals decide to act on such snap judgments by voicing them via harsh comments. [NUNYA, this answer was NOT intended for you. More a commentary on the ignorance of some users to act before really making any effort to get to know people]

dear diary, it's another easter but this year, i didn't go egg hunting. i'm at home looking for topics for my future history fair project. i hate social studies unless we do greek myths. why does my brother have to annoy me when i'm trying to do my homework which is due tomorrow even though i had a whole week off for spring break. i miss tony and glad that we're going back to school tomorrow. almost done with the topic search. yay!

It is still raining today. The kids are on school holidays and feeling very housebound. I will have to think of something creative for them to do or I will be driven up the wall by their bickering.

Today is a terrible day. It's Easter, and I have nothing to do. You probably know nothing about me, my family, or my friends, do you diary? You hardly know what I look like. I feel like throwing this diary down the trash can. I'm not the type to write in a diary.

Dear Diary, Easter was well, yet another Easter around the house. The boys loved their Easter baskets! Tyler didn't care too much for the egg hunt. Logan & I had to go hunting for them for him. He was not really interested! Logan had a blast hunting them down though. He got lots of candy and $$$. :o) I also took Logan to the skate park to ride his bike. He had a lot of fun! ~April Lynne

My boyfriend is so annoying when he plays xbox live. I still can't get over that fight we had a few days ago. I hate fighting so much. I have been kinda down today, until I got a bunch of chocolate and some bubbles. Then I was happy :D Also, this one person, who shall remain nameless, doesn't want to hang out with me now that she has other people to get her "things" that she wants. It really sucks how everyone I thought was my friend was only using me. People suck sometimes. Now I have to pee so I will write again soon :P

Dear diary, I had a long drive today in the rain. Got stuck in traffic and nearly got lost. But made it home safe and sound. Although my boyfriend is far away I miss him very much and can't wait to be in his arms again on friday. :)

Today, I heard from my son Brian. He was telling me about his job and my soon-to-be grandchild. Everything is fine ... they're nervous about being new parents AND asked if I would like to come and stay with them to help out when the baby is born. I told him I'd LOVE to! It's so nice to be needed again by your kids!! He's always been so independent ... It made my day.

Dear Diary, Today is the today... Today I WILL finish that essay I have been putting off for the last week. You know me diary, you know that I'm not usually this lazy, but I have run out of motivation. I really couldn't care less how effective the MTCR is. Its not my thing. What good is that evaluation going to do for the world? Nobody would care... But I will do it. It is my last ever essay - just one more push! I know I will regret it later if I don't try now. Then I can get on to my dissertation. When will it end? I complain now, I know once I graduate I will miss the days when I studied and learned instead of spending my life at a desk doing mundane things. Why can't I appreciate it anymore? Diary, I will go now.. because you are proving to be an effective way for me to put that essay off even longer. And, after all, you don't really care about my essay troubles anymore than I do!
