No, I obey the speed limit. Warning speeders to slow down seems to go against my own behavior. I say the best way is let them get a ticket so maybe they will obey the traffic laws as well. It is because of people not obeying the law is how many accidents happen. People who are in that much of a hurry should have left sooner.
