It depends really, if I'm trying to remedy someone elses broken heart I talk with them about it, cheer them up, enlighten them on things to the best of my ability, but I think you mean for yourself right? In that case I try not to focus on what could of been, I listen to music that makes me happy, I try to stay active in a hobby that I enjoy, I talk with close friends I trust about my situation and I keep my eyes peeled for people that make my life better and help me see beyond my broken heart. I hope this answers your question =]

Just Playing! i listen to some loud music, hit the gym, go out with friends to places and the place that i love the most is that me and my dog go to this park thats always sunny and green and nobody knows about it and all we do is walk then run and walk some more and for so long that i forget everything bad that has happened to me. =)

Keep yourself productively busy with other things in life. Bust you butt at your job, make your house spic-and-span, design and create your own flower garden, get into some hobbies, whatever. The key is to keep yourself busy doing things. This keeps your mind from dwelling unnecessarily on the pain and gives you the physical exercise to help work out the pain and frustration. Not to mention, the physical and mental labor helps prepare your body for sleep so that you don't lay awake as long at night in your misery.
