Recently, i have been going to sleep around 7 - 10 pm and i always wake up around 12:30 am. It don't matter how tired i am, i wake up at that time and i am wide awake until 6 hours later i get tired for the rest of the day. Its odd, why is this happening?

It could be due to stress or you are lacking Iron or Vitamin D try taking some supplements and relax :)
