Would you become a snitch for the cops and avoid jail time (lets say 7-->10yrs) or just go to jail to save your friends, work partners, family etc...?

Well, for my wonderful friends and family I'd become a snitch without a hint of hesitance. Whilst for the girl I love, I'd take death penalty... Eventhough we don't have that here. No punishment can render love inadequate.

My principle is if you are in the wrong, admit it and suffer for it rather than be dishonest. so I would go to jail if it was where I have to go, rather than lie and be in hiding like a wolf. No one else is to blame for your own actions and decisions, but yourself.

If I were a criminal, facing seven (7) to ten (10) years in prison, I doubt that I would have any concern for caring or worrying about saving anyone else's butt but my own. I mean, that's what a criminal mind is all about. I got into this situation being a low-life, why would I suddenly develop some sort of no-snitch ethics and morals now to save you?!? Well, maybe so...since becoming a criminal was stupid, anyway! In other words, if the cops offer you the first deal to skip time...you better grab onto it, 'cause if they come t'me, you're the one who's gonna be some prison hunk's best "girl", not me. Fortunately, I never lived a life that would have put me in such a situation.

First, I wouldn't associate with that type of criminal. But, IF someone I knew put me in that situation I would not ruin my life by spending 7-10 years in jail. It's not only the time spent in jail, but the stigma that would follow you the rest of your life.........Everyone should be responsible for their own actions in life, I wouldn't take the fall for anyone else.

I would not help the cops up here in any way at all. They are all crooks as I see it. the entire system up here is corrupt and will receive no help from me.

Well it depends, did I actually do something wrong to deserve 7-10,if so then I'm gone but what did my friends or family have to do with it? I am a very honest person and if I know something and I am innocent and the cops question me and I know my brother is the guilty one, then I would have to be honest about that and be a snitch. I wouldn't be helping any by covering up the truth for him, I would just be hurting myself and him more. Do the crime do the time!!!

If I did nothing wrong, I'm not going to jail for someone else. If my friends or family were faced with jail and did nothing wrong, I would get them legal help. If my friends or family committed a crime, they have to deal with their own consequences.

Id have to say i would prob go for the deal. 7 years in jail does not sound like a good time.

I would do my time. I have even taken wraps for peoples shit and thats why im a felon. I would never snitch on a family member or friend but if i knew it was someone that could give a shit about me and i know they would do it, then why not?
