I disagree with the law, watching porn is restricted to under 18. It does not sound good. It has to be decreased down to 15-16

There's no way enforce any law restricting porn. Minors will find it, as Katerina has stated. It's the same as trying to enforce gun control, or Illegal marijuana. You can get all three anywhere any time.
