In GTA: San Andreas, why can I only attack the Ballas and Vagos? What about the Aztecas and the other gangs in the other cities? help!!

You can't attack them,the grove and other gangs can only war for one town.It's the code of the streets,unless they want to break the code(ballas >.<) ) and attack neutral gangs.I haven't tried it but I heard if you get a bus and use the Nearest ped gets in car cheat u can get some other gangs in your car and take them to your territory and A fight might start and eventually a war. I dunno if it works,my friend told me,but i never had the time to try it out.

Heh ,heh,my bad.Attacking other gangs would make the grove as bad as the ballas.The 2 gangs in san andreas other gangs are already beefing each other.So grove has no reason to interfere.Grove only beef with ballas and Vagos,those other 2 are neutral.

Take a plane and fly straight out to sea for a time and when you come back/die you'll see a load of new territories that can be taken over. The longer time you fly off to sea the more territories you get. NOTE: This may mess up your game. I've heard of other people doing this. It's just the way they made the game. You can't attack the Aztecas because they're Cesar's gang, even though you're not exactly on good terms with them. The San Fierro gangs operate on a different wavelength, and they have enough problems of their own to deal with than worrying about gangbanging Los Santos OGs. The Venturas mafioso are too rich to care about black gangs.
