Is their a law against supervisor sharing your personal business with other employees.....basically belittling you in the eyes of other co workers? Are there laws against fellow co-workers belittling you to other departments?

You would have to be more specific about what the "personal business" was, and how you were being belittled? There s a tort in many states dealing with the "public disclosure of a private fact." For example, if your boss spread that you had herpes or HIV, you would have a cause of action in some states. There are laws in some states dealing with creating a hostile work environment (usually only in relation to something sexual in nature). More info is needed to determine if any of the above apply.
