Let them buy their own land to place their religious monuments on.

Where is there a 10 commandments monument in a public park? Did the ACLU miss one?
-
The Ten Commandments monument was donated by a private group. Apparently, the city is arguing that choosing to display it is a form of free expression by the city itself, and they are not required to accept any monument a private group may want to donate. The Church is arguing that the city is committing viewpoint discrimination in violation of the Establishment Clause. We'll see what the Supremes have to say this week.
