Moving shouldn't require you to get divorced, but if and when you do, you can get divorced where you currently live.

It depends on local and state laws. Some states have residency requirements in order to file for a divorce in their courts. Others allow anybody to divorce, at any time for any reason.

All states have residency requirements, although Nevada is rumored to be the most lax, with "either the plaintiff or defendant has been resident of the State for a period of not less than 6 weeks preceding the commencement of the action. The divorce is typically filed with in county in which the filing spouse resides.
