Sometimes it comes out routine, but at special times it real and very romanitic!
-
i think it is heartfelt even if it does become routine. I will always love my husband and whether i tell him that as he is walking out our door in the morning or in an extra special romantic moment, it still means the same.

Hello Rick Honestly it is heartfelt, I may say I love things... but saying I love you, thats different :)

Heartfelt every time!
-
heart felt every one always tells me i say i love you all the time but i truely mean it
-
Heartfelt. Rarely do I say "I love you" to anyone but my family, but when I do, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. And of course, when I tell my mom "I love you", well, there's nobody quite like a mom. Of course it's heartfelt.

It is very heartfelt and never ever said without complete honesty and depth of meaning.
-
I always mean it when I say it... but maybe to her it's routine because I say it so often. :/
-
I always mean it when I say it, but there are times when it's more heartfelt than others.
-
When I say I Love you it is heartfelt...there are many degrees/levels in which it is felt...although there have been times that I have said I love you that it came out of me because I routinely say it to many people...I worked for the Census Bureau and was going an interview over the phone and ended the conversation with I love you...the poor person did not know what to say besides oh, OK...I started laughing and apologized to him...every time after that when I interviewed him he would tart laughing when I called...

It's always heartfelt. I don't say those words to many people. When I do, I mean it.
-
I don't say "I love you" easily, and when I say it, I mean it, and I enjoy saying it..
-
I'd only say it if I ABSOLUTELY, completely, 100% believed and felt it, since expressing emotions so openly makes me feel naked. It's not something I do lightly.
-
From the 1st time thru about 18 months, it's not "routine". From 18 months thru 3 years, about 50%. The ratio declines after that. ;-)
-
Heartfelt because my pulse quickens when I tell my dearest how I feel about him :)
-
heartfelt, it's not something I say unless I mean it
-
