  • For breakfast I had leftover homemade pizza ww crust with a combination of jar pasta sauce and hot salsa for a sauce, onions, black olives, and ham for toppings (mostly leftovers to begin with) with italian blend shredded cheese and a little mexican blend cheese sprinkled in. For lunch I had a peanut butter and banana smoothie. Not sure what I'll have for supper if any thing. What do you like? Maybe I can make some suggestions

All your foods delicious, not ham though I'm a vegetarian: I ate Barilla Fusilli & vegetable pasta sauce for dinner.

Is that a pasta sauce with vegetables in it or a pasta sauce made from vegetables? You know what else is good with pasta is Alfredo sauce and cream of mushroom soup, but if you don't like mushrooms Any of the other cream soups would work. Also cold pasta salads, Cole slaw, and potato salad are good when the weather gets hot out. Do you eat dairy? You can make mock ice cream with frozen bananas and strawberries. Grapes are also good frozen! I like ramen noodles (I can't have all that salt in the seasoning, so only use half and add red pepper and garlic) with a can of mixed vegetables sometimes with just a little cheese or a thickening agent like flour or corn starch or instant mashed potatoes to make the watery broth thicker. Or you could use a little gravy mix. But you know if you're adding flour or cornstarch you have to mix it into cold water first and then add it to your hot soup. So it doesn't lump up.

Also where I live fresh produce is getting a little cheaper because of the growing season so vegetable salads are also more appealing. I like mine with a little fruit, nuts, seeds or beans (chic peas) or toasted soybeans on occasion. Peanuts are good in salad, too! Chia seeds and flax seeds are very healthful in salads I usually go with baby spinach instead of iceberg lettuce both in salads and on sandwiches iceberg is barely more than water nutritionally. Sandwiches are also good in the summer!
  • Miso soup, sashimi and teriyaki.
  • im eating at the church, i dont have any idea what theyre having
  • Lots shrimps with cocktail sauce and good wine!
  • im not going to bother since im not hungry after lunch
  • Salmon patties and brown rice.
  • All these words about food. . . . makes me hungry. I just had a scrambled egg with a handful of crushed corn chips and shredded cheese mixed in it; and oh the chili powder for extra flavor.
