My first visit to the gyno was when I was 14 and he did the same thing they do for me now. You have to have a papsmear and a breast exam. I was very scared but my mother came in with me and that made it a lot easier.

On your first visit is like any other gyno exam you'll have throughout your life. You might be asked questions about your sexual History, and so on. then they have you take your pants off and you have to put your feet in the styrups and hang your butt slightly off of the table (most uncomfortable thing) then they will do a vaginal exam, and a pap smear which can slightly hurt if your not relaxed. It dosn't take long at all. They might also do a breast exam to check for cysts. Just make sure you go to a doctor your comfotable with. The first doctor I seen was a lady and was a total bitch and on my first time she wanted to have this Hot intern come in which I didn't allow! I was literaly shaking, she was so insensitive. Now I see a great doctor and he's cool and makes me laugh, and his nursing staff is great.
