You go to Profile and activity, then edit profile, then upload a picture you have on your computer..=)

Go to your profile, click 'my settings' tab, under avatar click to change avatar.

Go on "View my Profile", then "change Profile", there you will find an option about your avatar. Click there, and then follow the instructions to upload an image from your computer.

Go to www.tinypic.com Browse for the file, select, hit upload now The screen that will come up has several tags, the first of which is "HTML for Websites" Copy and Paste that entire code into your profile and your pic will show up.
