Yes, I use it and I like it. It's a social networking site for professionals. So imagine Facebook but used professionally at work to develop business opportunities, network and advertise. I've recently started to use it for Lead Generation too. And some others use for recruitment. I'm happy with it.

Yes, I use it mainly to keep in touch with former colleagues that I used to work with, although it's main aim is business networking.
